First of all, I love this game. I have played since around december 2015, I got it because I wanted to try it and it was in discount.
I was interested at first because it was an Elder Scrolls game, I had played a lot Skyrim but it was getting repetitive at one point. This is my first MMO so I was interested on see what was all that about. I had been following some news about the game, but well , I'm not from the US so it was really expensive as a pay to play for me.
Saying that, I have seen this game improve in a lot of many aspects, more skills, new fun sets, somewhat the changes were always well received.
But lately this game has been really hard to have fun with, and I play a lot, more than I'm willing to admit it here lol
So to the point!
ZOS is sending a survey (hopefully a lot of us will get it), please take your time, they are showing us they have our attention and want to improve the game to satisfy us the customers.
We may not be ok with the microtransactions but I would like people to focus on the really needed improvements, like lag in cyro and trials, the reverse on some nerf to some classes (DK's and templars), the balance of others (Wardens for PVE are meh, but in PVP are OP). The group finder aspect, the disconnection that rarely happened before and now happen almost everyday.
I think people shouldn't or will not enrage or complain if ZOS take one quarter to deploy fixes to this and many other aspects that ruin the experience for so many people.

I take particular issue with the Mico-Transactions and incessant Manipulative Marketing Practice developments because that is something they have done intentionally all the while These Bugs and much needed improvements go unchecked!
Please Fix Vampire Ultimate Morph [Clouding Swarm] I've done Bug Reports/ Asking in forums for 6 months now and it's still broken!!! Oh, wait 'til they get a whiff of my review should they dare send me a survey! Ha-ha-ha I keed, I keed.

I hope everyone who gets the survey is as subjective as you in their responses, that way ZOS will get a clearer picture of which issues are most commonly concerning players.0
