unfortunately, in the last days i found myself wasting more time reporting cheaters on this game than playing it. somehow the "report cheating" is now a "customer service ticket" and i have my support account filled with pages and pages of tickets from those reports.
the weird thing is that all of those tickets are immediately marked as "solved". since i have so many of them now, and it would be a pain to reopen all, i decided to update only one of those tickets keeping the subject to all the others. i did that 3 times in the last 3 days and they always closed again the ticket without any reply at all.
in the usual "copy paste" message that they sent me on the report, they suggest me that «by right-clicking on a player's name and choosing "Ignore"»
i wonder how the cheating problems in the game can be solved by ignoring the cheaters? would they stop affecting the markets or do they completely disappear from the instances that i'm playing? --- how dumb is this suggestion? i really can't even believe it.
i'm feeling cheated by zos itself now. i'm going to ignore the "report cheating" button. zos is doing a great job protecting the cheaters.

The ignore is important. It is for you. When they ban players, said players get removed from your ignore list(probably friends list too). So when you ignore them you can occasionally check to see if they are still playing or have been removed and thus banned.
