Crystal Fragments Proc

Can someone please explain to me the Crystal Frag proc animation? It confuses me, because I am using the Sorcerer Helper addon, so whenever it procs and I press the skill for an instant cast,
it goes off on an animation with the left hand of my character but I always see a casting bar on the lower center of my screen.
I've checked the animation without the proc and it's different completely so i guess the instant cast animation is the one with the left hand but the casting bar confuses me.
Am I using the skill correctly or am I missing something here?

Are you using S'rendarr? If so, it's likely you're just seeing the cast bar because that addon generates it whether you instant cast or not. If you can cast a frag instantly you are using it correctly. Just ignore the cast bar.

Of course I am using Stendarr. I would have never thought that this is the problem. Thank you very much mate, is there any way to get rid of this casting bar?

If you don't ever really use it for anything, I think you can disable it, or at least move it off screen. If you do refer it to sometimes, for example, when doing Dark Conversion, then you probably just have to live with it until this bug gets patched by the addon creator (if it ever does).
