Yes it drops. Group with people you know who are willing to trade it to you and make sure to try and find both chests each run.

Got one on my very first run on vet, had the foresight to keep it. Still haven't used it lol.

Jewelry is a pain to farm. I've been trying to get the Toothrow Necklace to drop from wayrest sewers for quite a while now.

I have one. I also have 2 "First Mate Marks" since I never got a regular ring.

Spell power cure does not have an restoration staff, neither rings.
Run WGT over 50 times none of them.
Gotten two rings from the keys.
Plenty of bows however

If only that were the case... Every single time that I’d go about farming set pieces, I tend to have an abundance of jewelry pieces drop from me (with an exception for Silks of the Sun jewelry once).

Specifically, when searching for shields. Spent well over a million AP in my attempt of getting an Alteration shield (which finally dropped in Divines lol). Rattlecage? I don’t think I’ve ever had a Rattlecage shield drop for me. Lich? Maybe once, but I doubt it strongly. And so on. I can get jewelry drops right and left for what I’m searching for (excluding that pesky Sun jewelry), but shields? Pfffft. Nope.

I have 2 SPC resto staffs, 1 defending forget the other.

I don't even use them, just holding onto it in case I want to make a healer. To me, they seem to drop fairly frequently.

Its pretty hard to get. I ran it probably 50 times before it dropped.

I was running Blackheart Haven like 50-100 times on vet with my tank (over a period of a month or so), and asked for necklace every time - no luck. Of course, someone might have had it, but didn't wanna give it up. Ran it ONCE as DD (through activity finder) on normal, had a blue neck right away. SO i gave up and went with the blue one, then several months later I helped other guys to farm armor parts - found a purple one in a chest, right before going down to the beach where Blackheart himself is.

Heard many other's say they got it in chests too, guess that's your best bet.

Bone Pirate + Hulking Draugr together is seriously "OP". Just look at the damage you can pull out with that setup, rocking like 44k stamina. Maybe a piece Kragh or Kena too if possible. Anyone who says that sucks, are to caught up in thinking of fancy proc sets.

After doing so many normal runs for a week i decided to go for chests in vet mode and i got a purple neck the first two hours farming. It was on a chest that i had overlooked inside the ship where atarus spawns. I was about to reset but once i reached the last boss i saw that there was no chest and i had only picked up one so the other one must be somewhere. Apparently there is only two chest's every time you reset. At least that's what i learned.

Necklace is often a pita to farm but if you spec with treasure hunter cp passive and farm chests and last boss it will drop eventually.

Funny thing is that as soon as you get the piece it will drop "every" time after that in the dungeon.
