How to get festival xp bonus on to a 2nd character?

So I have the Bredas bottomless mead mug on my first character. Decided to start a second character but can't seem to get the mug again from Breda or transfer it from the first character. Is there anyway to get the mug for my second character or am I stuck only having it for the first?

- Breton SorcMag dps [She's got an identity crisis, but I believe in her.]
- Dunmer Templar dps/healer [she's a healer, then again she likes inferno staff too...]

✭✭✭✭Once you turn in the introductory quest granted by the free voucher in the Crown Store on your 1st character, you will receive a memento called Breda's Bottomless Mug that gets added in your collections. Simply use that on any character to get the XP bonus for 2 hours. I've only done the quest on 2 characters this year, but activated the mug on 10, and used it to level 4.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break
