[PC][NA][EP] Imperial Lightbringer Achievement

Been having a hard time finding anyone to help me unlock this achievement. For those who may not know, the Imperial Lightbringer Achievement is obtained by traveling to Cyrodiil, heading to the Imperial City Sewers (easy to get there), traveling to the middle of the sewers and defeating a boss there. Not entirely sure if you have to summon the boss.

DesuoSoul ShrivenPC, currently as Ebonheart Pact, which seems to be a factor. Apparently we'd need a group that would do moderate enough damage to close all three portals before they respawned.
