Resurrection Glitch during vAA run
Last night ran into a glitch where it showed my character having a pending resurrection when in fact I did not. This was during the 3rd boss on a veteran Aetherian Archive run. I could only resurrect after boss was dead. I tried reloading the UI, and completely logging out and logging back in which did not fix it and therefor I lost any score I had in the vet trial. I do not use a lot of Addons. The ones I have are Skyshards, Destinations, Lorebooks, CookeryWiz, PotionMaker, Raid Notifier, Combat Metrics, Master Merchant and Superstar.
Any advice or help appreciated to prevent this from happening again.

✭✭I think I have a video showcasing this. Was dead on the ground with Rez menu showing. However I couldn't be resurrected by teammates. I was then "killed" again while on the ground already dead. I'll find it and post Tonight.0
