Not really sure when they added rank 10 but nice to see my toons will no longer be stuck at lvl 9 and it comes with a new title as well thanks ZoS

That was nice of them tho today was the first day I got to get some PVE time in since I been working 10 hour days not a lot of time to do much other then crafting writs and farming mats
