Issue: Blue Screen in trials and grouping
Date/Time: Constant from start of New Life Festival
Basically, this is happening regularly, and I fully believe it has something to do with the grouping factor. I don't know if anything has been changed, but deleting saved game data does NOT fix this problem (this was the first troubleshoot method I tried). Here is the issue:
You blue screen when you first join a group (this is intermittent)
You blue screen when you attempt to travel to someone in the group (this is intermittent)
You blue screen when using the portal to travel to the party after rejoining the trial (this is intermittent)
You blue screen on ability cast during combat (this is intermittent)
The one common factor, is being part of a group. This is a much rarer occurrence during solo play. And I believe that's why so many are complaining about trials disconnections.
Troubleshooting tried:
Deleting saved data (failed)
Ethernet connection to modem from PS4 (failed)
Reset router (failed)
Relogging (failed)
Close application, restart PS4 (failed)
Manually traveling in to trial rather than port to player (partial success)
Manually walking through the dungeon/trial rather than use the portal (partial success)
I say partial success, because it doesn't prevent further blue screens, it just bypasses the potential blue screen achieved from entering a load screen.
