Hi I purchased this game a month ago and I have been unsuccessfully trying to play ever since. I made my character and completed the first part which I assume was the tutorial and then my game stops and comes up with a message “unable to connect to the server.
Please check you have a valid internet connection”.
I have contacted elder scrolls and Sony over the past 5 weeks and they have been trying to help but nothing they have suggested has worked yet.
Has anyone else had this issue or have any ideas.
