Unable to log into game (NA Server 12/17/2017)
Have not been able to log into game at ll since logging out last night. I can get to character select screen, but when I pick a character to log, it sits there requesting character load till the end of days.
I have tried every trick to assure it wasn't on my end (reset router & modem, called tech support to find no outages, checking firewall exceptions, renaming ProgramData folder). I feel that this is on server-side, seeing as I can log into the system and get to character select. I have scored the entirety of ESO's website and find nothing to help in this situation.
It is possible for someone official to look into this? Many thanks
