Stuck in werewolf form... except not.
Hey everyone! I wish I could be making my first post under better circumstances, but here goes.
For the past little while, I've been experiencing a bug where the button for the crown crate interface was grey and inacessible. I didn't actually know what was causing it, so I decided to try and use the keybind for crown crates as a bypass. And as fate would have it, as soon as I pressed F3, I got a message in the top right of the screen saying "You can't do that while in werewolf form."
I do have the werewolf skill line, but I seldom use it and was not in werewolf form at the time. I was able to temporarily solve it by actually using Werewolf Transformation and then reverting, but it only lasted until I switched areas.
As if that wasn't frustrating enough, the same bug is preventing me from swapping out skills on my weapon bars. When I try to click and drag an ability to my bar, I get another top-right message saying "You may only use Werewolf abilities right now." Although I can still use my normal combat abilities as usual.
Is anyone else having this issue? Am I doomed to an eternity of the blank space that was once the home of Endless Hail?

Also, I feel I should add that it has been four days since I filed my official ticket with customer support, which seems unusually slow considering how quickly ZoS normally responds. No response as of yet.0

If you tag @ZOS_GinaBruno and include the ticket number they may be able to escalate it for you. I've seen that happen with a few other weird in-game issues in the past. Though at this point, days later, I would probably have submitted another dozen tickets!

Perhaps you could do the quest that cures werewolf to try to solve your problem.
Then, if you want to get Werewolf back you could try to get a friend or someone to bite you again. I'm thinking that a removal of the skill line might help solve your problem.0 -

I don't have a ticket number. I'm assuming that's something customer support usually sends out via email, and even then, the last time I filed a ticket, I didn't get a ticket number until after someone responded to my issue.
And I don't know what you mean by "tagging". Should I simply mention that username in my next ticket?0 -
Just figured it out. Apparently an addon called "Swiss Army Knife" was registering my character in werewolf form permanently. After disabling it, my UI is back in functioning order. Thanks for the responses, guys!0
