Missing Monthly Crowns

I signed for ESO a month ago paid for 6 month recurring, it says that you are supposed to get 1500 Crowns a month with a paid subscription. Well it's been a month now and I still haven't received my monthly Crowns. Who do I contact about this, I need these Crowns so I can get the rest of the DLC's in the Crown Store.

Adernath is correct.
Every time you pay, you get the Crowns.
If you pay every month, you get Crowns every month.
If you pay six months upfront, you get the Crowns for six Month at once.
If you did not recieve 9000 Crowns, it's time for a ticket.

As far as I understand, you get all crowns for 6 months at once.

I certainly didn't receive 9000 Crowns when I signed up

It also depends when you sign up. For example, I have 20 days left of my six subscription, which I canceled. I do plan on renewing, however if I go sign up for the six months right now, I won’t get the crowns for 21 days — when the subscription actually activates. I’m not sure if this is applicable to you, but I share because I encountered this before and was also confused as to why I wasn’t getting my crowns.
