    Didn't think of legs but I do have some little dumbbells with my extra weights.... now I want to make an entire gym out of an extra inn room. :) I like that idea above.

    Yh try to turn another one inside the transparent end that way from all angles it looks solid

    Same place as the Soft Leather and Quality Fabric, Folded.

    These items drop from general thievery. I've found them in provisioning barrels. In household cabinets. From pickpocketing NPCs. They're available from any zone. The range of sources from which they drop is very wide.

    They are pretty rare, though. I was leveling Ledgerdemain on a character, so for weeks I was looting literally every stealable container that I could conveniently get without being seen and filling my fence/launder limits each day, and I only got a handful of these items. I'd say the drop rate is probably < 1%.

    I CONFIRM: I just Pickpocketed Spool, Empty from the noble on the bench by the river in Wayrest. (replied on another thread, but they are rare, so just in case)
