PvP Healer Idea?

Plan on making a PvP healer here shortly. Definitely gonna run Lich but was considering also running TBS and using Atro+Mage. Would this be a good combo or what else should I run? Was also considering Kags or 5 sanctuary
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750

I would not run Twice Born Star, because one additional mundus is less valuable than what many other sets woud give you (even with full divines - and you should not use divines in PvP as healer).
Best for a healer are usually support sets - Transmutation, SPC, Worm, Gossamer, Riposte, ...
Kags is great if you plan to rez a lot - but ideally you should prevent players from dieing in the first place. Sanctuary should be decent for organized ball groups, but i wouldn't recommend it for healing in PuGs, because the radius of the 5p bonus is small.

I like Krags and Transmutation but maybe I let people die to much hence fast rez is cool haha.

Personally think Sorc Healer is better in PvP than Templar. Personal preference and depends how much dps you want to do too

I had a lot of fun using stendarr and lich, but it suited my solo zerg following playstyle. Being able to hit players with healing springs at range to remove the burning from siege was great.

If you group up then I would say SPC and lich is probably better.

    I have run Kagrenac’s + SPC, Kagrenac’s + Transmutation, Kagrenac’s + Worm all recently with good results.

It’s nice to have at least one support set for your group ... but still output good heals and have good defense.

You can run a Sorc healer, but Templars and Wardens are #1 and #2.

It's funny I keep being asked help from others I know. With help with PvP Healers. Since 2+yrs I mostly play as one. I keep getting "your OP," "we want you" and many more. (I was also recommend for best PvP Healers in 1 of this threads here long long ago) It's just I respectively refuse to give them my build. I no damage and other things. I rely on group and groups rely on me. Not Solo, but mostly I'm solo. I really do want to give you advice. Even though I been playing PvP Healer Templars (Haven't tried Warden Healer) I have to respectively decline. It's just 2+ yrs playing as one, I'm still in the learning Process no offense. I rely on others to. Same for builds.

For Warden Healer (Argonian) i suggest you to run
5x Desert Rose + 5 Heavy Plague Doctor and Troll King.
Put 3 block cost reduction glyphs and slot Guard
You will be the unkillable mfker that is Healing like a truck.

SPC, troll King and a survival/recovery set. If you are brave enough to heal in 5 light, transmutation works here. You end up being a very spammy healer (to keep buffs up), and that's easy for enemy to notice. So expect to get piled on a lot. Mist form helps for that.

The biggest problem with sanctuary is that it cries out to focus you. Green balls=first target.

Some things I can think of are to change your monster set for something that grants increased healing (for eg. troll king), or use a pure healing 5-piece set like Sanctuary, get a powered staff, see if you can up your crit chance, and also put some points into elfborn. I use 5/1/1 armour on my healer in Cyro, but I have evasion and increased spell/physical resistance due to set bonuses, so I don't drop that easily. As a side note, yesterday I tried Earthgore for the first time, and it's very very cool

What's either good heavy or craftable set for healers? I want to use transmutation which is activated with a HoT but I can only run it and a monster if I run SnB. Can I use Rapid Regen, Switch bars to my SnB with Trans and still get/give the trans buff?

Been a magplar main for a long time, and when im not in the mood to dps, i usually (a) heal for my group or (b) join a large group and heal. Great way to get AP.

    Im enjoying running:
-5 pc kagrenac’s (5 armor 5-1-1 heavy) - good all around set. Rattlecage is also nice since you can free up a slot (no need to slot degeneration for major sorc). I dont like that it looks like *** tho (zenimax plz add transmog)
-5 pc transmutation (jewelry + snb) or if you’re more front-liney, Wizard’s Riposte is also good (imo a huge plus of wizard’s riposte is that the shield looks fantastic lol)
    -2 pc trollking/earthgore.
    -1 maelstrom/master/random resto staff
    (powered, precise is maelstrom)

Sets work well since transmutation really only ever needs to be on 1 bar to get it’s full effect (rapid regen ticks when on snb bar still procs transmutation). Kagrenac’s is there for the all around stats; the quicker res is just a bonus. The 2 pc monster set aren’t really essential since you already heal a lot. Bloodspawn would also be good. Heck, even Valkyn Skoria would be okay.

Just slot an aurora javelin, cleanse, breath of life, rapid regen, shards, and channeled focus and you’re good to go.

Really interested in this setup. Was about to make myself a set of Krags but was going to roll Maelstorm restro / S&B instead of Monster set.

I didn't realize Transmutation could be back bared to be fair!

The rez speed is just a benefit though. Unless you're stacking crit and trying for massive crit heals, kags has the best combination of buffs for all four bonuses: max magicka, magicka recovery, max health, and spell damage.

Besides, people are going to die in pvp, no way to prevent that. Fast rezzes though, get a fallen comrade or two back on their feet in a hurry.

I run 5/1/1 with transmutation, wizard's reposte, and blood spawn. I also run jewels of misrule for sustain. I debuff the enemy and buff my group will staying very tanky at 4k crit resist and 20k resistance with restoring focus up, that's another 8% damage reduction, and then add 6k more when blood spawn procs. I do 1h/s & resto, with reposte on the front bar. Templar healing scales with low life targets and even with 1500 spell damage and 30k max magicka I can BoL to full on a single cast when they are low life. Mag recovery over 3k and stam recov at 1300 as an argonian. It's been working well.

My healer I wear Troll/earthgore, Kagrenacs with Gossamer, sometimes take out Kagrenacs for reactive.
Since they made shuffle only useable while wearing medium armor, gossamer giving you and your group shuffle makes you all tanky and annoying.
    Just a suggestion.

5 trans body, wizards snb/jewels, pirate/chundan, master resto. Theif mundus, tristat. That's what I run in bgs.

Swap to witchmothers if in open world. 3k recovery with pot up.

You can run bloodspawn for more resto ults or earthgore, but I prefer the consistent resists. My buddy runs trans/fortified and is at like 38k resists.

I carry my reactive body/jewelry pieces will me but have never felt the need to swap. I'd rather befuff than build more self survivability. Engine is recovery overkill, earthgore or troll King would be better, I've never died because I was out of resources.

Trans reposte does so much more. People only wear reactive if they are bad at the game.
