How is 7 heavy Fortified Brass

Theory crafting ideas a lot and looking to make my Stam Warden even harder to kill.......I was wondering if anyone runs the heavy version of this set.

Was wanting to try it with Seventh legion. I dont think damage will be a problem because the class is naturally bursty and with a weapon damage proc and a seventh proc with double dot poisons it should be fine.

I think with ice fortress the resist should be around 32-33 k if not more. If I wear blood spawn it will push it higher allowing for Max resist even with major fracture.

Any one tried this set out? Thoughts? Or is there a more survivable set available? Was looking at beekeeper or orgnums scales as well.

I have considered that. Shuffle could effect survivability. But be taxing on stamina.

The whole point of running brass is to be able to benefit from medium armor passives while being as tanky as a heavy armor user...

I'm aware of that but was only concerned about being tankier not Stam cost reduction and regen/damage.

Useless since you will be well over the resistance mitigation cap and hit like a slow boiled noodle. That set is good for people who want resistance equal to heavy armor wearing light or medium.

if you want a lot of resistances you can run brass medium with 2 heavy (one heavy chest, one heavy helm/pants) then you still get medium bonuses.

if you want to run 7 heavy go for it cause of play how you want but I feel like your going to be out of resources pretty dang quick. constitution isn't what it once was

This. There is a cap on resistances where it stops helping you. Somewhere around 33k or so. If you are close to this then thats as tanky as you can get as far as physical and spell resistance is concerned. Its not hard to get there in brass + your source of major ward/protection. I have 29k on my stam sorc with brass and hurricane up. I could cap with monster helms if I wanted to. But the point of brass is you can still hit the cap on resistance, AND get the damage and stam recovery of medium. There is literally no point to heavy brass.

Is it? I remember blasting through over 300k AP to get 2 pieces of Impen armor and only one sharp weapon. Rest were sets I didn't want in also less favorable traits. Not to mention, you have to enjoy PVP with a set already to get that AP.

Maybe you had better RNG? :( But I can see brass being easier to get since you only need 4 traits to craft.

Obviously crafted sets are the easiest to get. I just check in rawl’kha on Xbox NA and there’s a couple sets of Impreg jewelry in good traits for ~5k each

It’s a solid Medium Armor set.

Not necessary for Heavy Armor builds because the other Heavy Armor set options are ridiculously strong.

I might try medium then. I already have heavy. Medium with shuffle and rally could be pretty powerful on Stam warden.
