I’m not sure if I’m the only one having this problem on Xbox one NA there are clanfears and twilights everywhere!
You don’t even have a chance to kill a wolf because there are hoards of them killing the wolves as soon as they spawn. I just ended up quitting and not trying to complete it cause it will probably take hours. Pictures attached, I tried my best to get them in but there were tons more

I didn't see them earlier today, so I'm not sure exactly where they are, but I'll take a look when my alts get the quest.

My first thought would be to try other areas. You don't have to be exactly in the circle. Using this map, I would suggest heading toward the skyshard "Where Wolves Prowl Eastern Ruins" for the meat (wolves), and toward the skyshard "Outside a House for the Dead" for the honeycomb (wasp).

If I have trouble with one of my alts, I'll update this (hopefully with a new plan).


Edit: I didn't see them with my alt either, so either they're only around for a certain amount of time, or I was in a different instance. I'd say try what I said above, or (if possible) try again another time.
Or if you know of a good way to change instances, it might work (I'm not sure if logging out and logging back in would work or not.)
