ZOS request for ease of in-game communication

It would be great to be able to read, say, your last 5 mails sent and have a list of the last 5 people you whispered. This would make communicating with people in general, who are not on your friends list or your guilds, so much easier. The friends list is a great feature, but I don't want to have to friend every person I want to trade or form a group with on a one-off basis. In my time in ESO, I have had several failed LFGs and trades because someone dc'd or had to relog and then could not remember the name (or the exact spelling, possibly because it was not in their native language) of the person they were making arrangements with. There is also the occasion where it would be great to go back to see what exactly I said in a mail to somebody. Nobody has a perfect memory, and these two features I mention would be simple to implement and make communication a little less frustrating and more user-friendly in my opinion.

Also, for the sake of general knowledge, if you CAN remember someone's name after dc'ing or relogging you can whisper them even if they are not in your friends list or guilds by typing /w username, or /w charname, then pressing enter. The comma at the end is all-important! Many experienced players I have asked did not know this, and I only just learned it a month ago after playing ESO for over a year and a half so I thought I'd share this @ZOS_GinaBruno It would be great to provide this info clearly in-game so as not to have to hunt it down in a 2-year-old reddit thread.
