Master bow from pvp?

I read on the eso academy website that master weapons (Inc master bow) can be a PVP Leader Board reward. Is that true? Also, what ranking do you have to reach? At least 100? Is the drop-rate insanely small? I'm so desperate for one but I can't come across anyone to do vet DSA with... :(

    Like the last two people have said at one point in time yes you could get master weapons for the end of pvp campaign but that was years ago.... RIP the dream

    I thought there was something wrong... :'( I am so desperate for a bow, but I just can't find anyone to ever finish it with!

    I might have a spot for a run or few. We are running it with friends as it is weekly atm. Altough for weekly you need to contribute to get decent scores. Also if u want to run it later add me. Gt. shack80

    yeah don't drop anymore from pvp and you had to be in the top 2% about position 1-10
