Can’t log in, error 200

Just getting error 200

Had to reinstall game after reinstalling windows, tried the help pages but it’s all gobbledegook to me, is there an ABC guide?

Restarted pc

Now still can’t log in but get diffrent error code

Error 200 (7:4:178:597)

Still won’t retrive anouncements

When I opened the launcher ther was an option to repair, when I close game the launcher no longer has the repair option

What on Earth do I do?

    For Error 200, please make sure you've opened ports and added exceptions in your anti-virus software.

    Add exceptions in anti-virus and firewall software

    Each antivirus program is different and we recommend that you view the antivirus developer's website for full instructions on how to add exceptions.

    The application files that may require exceptions are:
    • Bethesda.net_launcher: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\Launcher
    • ESO.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso.exe
    • Steam.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe

    Some antivirus programs require entire folders to be selected instead of a single file.When this is the case, the file paths below are what players should use. If required by the anti-virus program, include all subfolders since every file is critical to run the game.
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\


    Open Ports through modem or router

    Ensure the following ports are open on your modem / router:
    • TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
    • TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
    • TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
    • TCP Port 80
    • TCP Port 433
