Freezes on Xbox One X

I have Xbox One X. All is well except one problem.
When I press Guild button in a game menu, game freezes - the picture freezes, but I hear ambient sounds and voice chat works. Then i can exit only from a dashbord of console.
This happens with any video settings (2160p, 1080p, with or w/out HDR).

I deleted the game and installed it again after downloading. I Installed it on the internal HDD and on the external HDD. I reset the console. The problem did not go away. The same game placed on the same external drive does not have a problem on the orig. Xbox one.

This issue is gone after the megaservers restart on November 28.
But the problem returned again after the last megaservers restart On December, 8 (or 9).
