Patch Notes Transparency?

Hi ya,
I was wondering, when you guys write patch notes or stuff changing on maintenance etc.. is everything there? I mean, for exemple, if by any chances you guys would drop the % dorp rates on crystals conteainted in geodes, you would tell us right? You wouldn't let this all ecret? cuz since 2 maintenance away which had a download, for some pure strange coincidence, i mostly get only 1 or 2 crystals on vet pledge geodes or even on purple random geodes from bosses... which before i was getting lots of 3-4, but not that often 1-2.. coincidence?
