I'm having disconnections from ESO during the afternoon and nighttime. Did the fixes that can be found in ESO's support page, then used WinMTR to monitor the rout to NA Server (198.20.198.110) that's the result:

The same problem happened before the #10MillionStories dungeon event, than it stopped. It returned since last week.

I'm not from USA so it''s difficult to contact NTT America, so I ask you at ZOS if there's something you can do for me and other players that use that route.

    Just FYI, and I mean that pretty literally, ae-9.r22.asbnva02.us.bb.gin.ntt.net looks to be in the Washington DC area. No one really cares where it is, but if someone else has a problem, it seems that all of the traffic heading to the ESO NA servers now makes a pit stop in Virginia before heading into the Akamai network.

    I got the location info at db-ip.com during the fist time I experienced this issue (late November).
    I hope that more people having this issue also report too, so ZOS or their ISP can contact NTT America to resolve the issue.
    I have seen this node pop up in report threads in other online game like Overwatch and WoW.

    @Thogard It can't be my router's MTU setting, as I played for 1 year without this issue (also no issue yesterday, even during prime time).

    @Zagnut123Zagnut123 unfortunately ZOS can't help me:
    "As it stands We here at Customer support are unable to contact NTT for you. We can help strengthen your connection with some connectivity troubleshooting. I wish there was more we could do at this time."

    Anyone knows a way to contact NTT about this problematic node?

    I was getting big lag spikes, rubberbanding and disconnects last night. Only with ESO as I played other online games that night with no issues.

    My MTU setting is 1492. But how the node would have issues with my MTU one day, and not the other?
