And with a little modification this is freaking op.
I run Torugs + Transmutation + 1 Domi (5/5/1) for small group and Torugs + Willpower Jewellery + Skoria and Master Inferno on main bar and random resto staff for solo. Only thing you have to get used to is to use "medium attacks" as its an attack half charged. It will give your staf enchant 100% chance to proc + your enchant have a 1,5 sec cd and charge is just enough to get cd off.
For Torugs/Transmutation combo I have identic front bar as in guide but different off. I keep inner light on both barrs (excluding concea,ed weapons). Instead of shadow image I use fear, instead of purge regeneration (transmutation passive) and juggle between healing ward and light armor shield.
Expect your enchants to do 30-50 % of your total damage.
U cant pair Shacklebreaker with Torug as both are crafted and you wont have any jewellery.
War maiden is good choice, but I dont find this bonus as good as other choices. I think the second set in video (Amber plasm) will be a better choice as I found it in more builds for magblade. Those bonuses are super nice, especially stamina regen.
Spinners - its pure damage increase via penetraion, exactly 7,8 % i think (and only if you wont overpenetrate trough cp/light armor passive/destro staff pasive/occasional piercing mark) and if you compare it to 2/5/4 and slot Skoria or Grothdarr, your damage output will be higher with this choice.
Anyway more than a half of success of this build is about possitioning so slot anything you can find and just start plaing, dont overthink it.
