Has anyone tried prisoners rags?

Eternal hunt for an all-around replacement, marksman if you use bow, shackle breaker if you rely on a good amount of magicka abilities. But, I still think bone pirate is BiS for PvP stamina builds requiring regen and it's easy to farm.

Well it helps you easily recover while kiting, but not in actual combat. And for a pure stamina build, you will lose extra damage for wearing light armor/arcane jewelry.

No idea why, but I thought it was difficult to farm? (Actually why I made the thread in the first place). Is this not the case then?

You can farm it solo on vet if you sneak around and know the chest locations, that's what I did for jewelry and for armor pieces/weps you farm normal.

Coward gear and another MA set are the stamina equivalents to prisoners rags.

Both prisoner+ coward give you their effects at the click of a button, but you are locked out of your skills and can't easily block a CC attempt while in Sprint mode.

No comparison imo, b/p is on all my 5/5/2 builds for stamina.
