Invisable adds in trials

Don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but i cant see adds in trials like the adds at twins, it seems worse when i play my mag dk as well. Zos i have no idea what you've done to this game but its starting to become unplayable the past few weeks.

I was having this same issue December 7th. Basically all moving mobs were 'not there' when they first popped. When trying to separate the renders and shaman it was a damn mess because I couldn't see them even spawn. I ended up restarting PC, repairing and haven't had the issue since.PC/NA0
