Lips - wtf

What is wrong with lips on my PC and how do i fix it?

Creating an Altmer - randomizing 100+ times - this weird thing with lips doesn't go away. What is that , how do i remove that? Tried different Video settings, from Medium to Ultra, 0 changes.

Ok seems it's not only Altmer - just tried on other races - same ***.

I definitly didn't have this ~1-2 years ago when was creating other chars. I don't have addons that modify such things and they wouldn't work anyways in hero creation screen. I tried to repair ESO via launcher - nothing changed.

It looks like she's recently gotten lip injections, still swollen!

Some people tried, but didn't get any similar, so kinda don't know if I should reinstall ESO or just ignore this, i don't even know how it looks like from other player's perspective in ESO world, do they see this on my char or only i see this from my PC

Check your graphics settings. I'm thinking shadow quality would affect this.

Major updates to the game will sometimes lower your graphics settings with no warning so maybe you didn't notice.

Looks like some kind of weird underlip shading. Your graphics look rather low, so maybe that’s just how the female Altmer lips look at that setting. Try going in-game. Characters often look slightly different in-game than on the character creation screen.

Oke, found the reason. It wasn't settings in-game, but Tweaks in UserSettings file -

https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/370924/performance-tweaks-lite-for-pc/p1 - NOT THOSE exactly, they are fine and enough for both FPS + awesome graphic, but ones expanded by some link in that thread. Use just those TL:DR ones.

- they give insane FPS boost (usually 70-150 FPS from 40-60 fps without them, less in fights, but also boost), but they make your chars look like crap. Will disable them while creating chars or may be will tweak a bit here-there.

P.S - here's example how THE SAME char (will replace her with better one) looks with those settings tweaks and without

Ouch, that hurts... I couldnt look at this, not for alle the fps in the world.
