[Solved] Character stuck in "Soul Shriven in Coldharbour" quest

Quest: Soul Shriven in Coldharbour
Instance: The Wailing Prison
Issue: Can't enter the rift that takes me back to Tamriel and can't leave the instance by any means available to me.
Customer service ticket: 171207-000788
After defeating the boss and absorbing Sky Shard after I moved to enter the rift, my character was not moved back to Tamriel. I have tried logging off and waiting and then trying to enter rift again. I have tried to teleport to my house, to enter dungeon queue, to enter battleground, to teleport to friend - nothing worked. I also tried to use unstuck and just got moved back into same room. I tried to press activate key at the spot rift should levitate me up and it did not work. At this point I have tried everything I could think off and have been waiting for customer support to respond to my ticket, so far my character has been stuck in that instance for two days and counting.
Please save my poor character from Coldharbour.
