Please Stop putting older cosmetics into gambling box system and update Crown store.

Sorry for the poor english and long text but I needed to do this.
I have been playing the elderscrolls online for well over a year on the xbox and bought several items for my characters and grudgingly payed extra to play as the race I liked with my friends who were in another faction because the deluxe edition whatever of the game was bought on a family members gamertag, payed TWO TIMES for the same upgrade for one console.
Few months ago after playing th exbox one for a while I decided to buy the steam version to try the player vs player mode without the frame rate and draw distance problem. I got the game and the DLC but later learned that there was no account transfers. This was disappointing but I choose not to refund and decided to just make copys of my characters and get my favorite class to 280 again.
I was willing to buy the crown store items a second time despite the pricing model but when I went to the crown store The items I wanted were gone.
Looking around the internet led me to a post by a representative making a claim that there need to be more room for "Stock" and the crown store did rotations, fishy but whatever. So I saved my coins and waited.
I have had a account for a while and didn't feel as if I need to say anything but what I saw today was really bizarre and it irritated me . One of my favorite outfits was a crown gem item.
It is disgusting enough that a MMO game with an optional monthly subscription and a cash shop with expensive content added a gambling box system later and very much made direct purchase obsolete by slowly fading out the cash shop by giving the lottery system the new items. <---There is no need to remove items from the crown store because almost all the new tatoos, hairstyles, mounts and trinkets are exclusive to the crown crates tab.
The extra multi thousand coins that I bought for my steam account are just sitting because I have noting to spend them on.
I know the purpose of why the items are being put up with gem prices but I don't have the desire to buy a pile of RNG boxes just to get the items. I don't have that problem of getting stuck in a system like that so this sort of thing only annoys me and only pushes me away from the game. There is plenty of users buying lots of the crown crates just to get specific mounts alone. Again, no need to take down crown store items or put them up for gems or inside gambling boxes, $120 for horse reskins should be plenty for that company.
Knowing what is going on I do not even want to play elderscrolls online anymore.
