The ability to see when someone takes a resource on console

While watching a few PC streamers on twitch , I noticed that a notification pops up when anyone takes any resource . I’m sure it’s probably an add on , but that would be pretty fancy to have on consoles (with an option to turn it on or off) . A girl can dream right ?

It's an add on that allows this, so only available on PC.

You can look at the map and the resource will have a little yellow star around the resource when it's being taken.
