I am not saying video is bad, its fun to watch, but if you think quality PvP is trashing pugs than you have low standards.
A light armor MagDK...using a sword and shield.
Destro skill "Flame Reach", unless DK is currently immune, will cause the leap to go straight up and miss the mark entirely.

I used to watch everyone of your Magicka DK streams and in countless situations there were spots where if you would have had most mist form you could have survived. Mist form is garbage mobility but better than nothing. Enjoyed the video and glad to see an upload with Magicka DK. Id be interested in hearing your insights on current mag dk potentials and so on.

Hmm not sure what to say to this.
One adapts ones gameplay according to the ambience. Doesnt matter if it is in a raid group or solo vs pugs or 4v4 etc etc.
Good gameplay is good gameplay.
Sorry, I don't mean to rude or anything but

I am always wondering how is this possible that on videos like this amount of immobilizes/stuns used by attackers is barely noticable yet in reality there is always like 2-3 players spamming unblockable/unddogable stuns on cooldown :lol
Despite that it's still well played and without Skoria so double respect !

I strongly believe that mist form is a 'death-staller' more than anything else. I voice my opinions very strongly about the skill, but I can think of VERY few times that I would have 'won' a fight where it saves me and then I can kill opponents. It generally just makes dying slower and more depressing.
Without Mist form you can use some brilliant DK accessory skills, including my ultimate favourite, Flames of Oblivion, which can massively help get kills and win fights quickly that you would otherwise simply not get kills in.
Personal preference, but one that certainly wont change for me. Actually, I even recently entirely dropped vamp on this build

Hmm... whenever there are a lot of enemies whaling on me, or let's say you're kiting some people around a resource tower for example, mist is pretty handy for saving my ass by getting out of the way. You don't feel there is a need for some way to counter snares like mist, purge, forward momentum etc?
