Anyone else having issues with merciless resolve proc disappearing?

Title says it. When testing slowly I don't see anything wrong but in the middle of a heated 1v1, you hear the animation sound letting you know to fire assassin's will proc, you even see the icon change BUT, the proc disappears in 5 seconds or less without having hit the button to fire, OR hitting the fire doesn't launch the arrow & instead just refreshes it.
I was super annoyed by this fighting a guild friend today. It's always possible lag could have something to do with it. I don't think I can handle being a magblade with this skill bugging out.

I don't know if this is what your experiencing, but sometimes the icon for a proc for a merciless resolve stays there for me, even if the merciless resolve buff runs out. So when i think I have an assassin's will primed to burst I end up recasting it because the buff ran out and the icon didn't change to let me know.

I have action duration reminder to see the times of my buffs too, but in the heat of battle when this happens I feel like I always miss seeing if the 20s timer ran out or not lol. I wouldn't know if the proc is unintentionally disappearing, but I usually attribute it to just failing to keep track of buffs.

I can't verify. What is happening for me is I swear that I refresh it and I light attack for what feels like an hour and no proc. I switch back to it and its not refreshed. This happens so much even when I pay attention to it I thought it was a glitch as well. But once again could be user error.

To expound I will hit it and then light attack my five times and then nothing. Its really slowing me up in combat. But its one of those thing where I can't verify if I am just not clicking on it and staying on it for long enough or what.

Not too sure about the proc disappearing but my relentless focus gave the proc image even after firing and stayed up until I refreshed. I have encountered the refreshing when attempting to fire issue, I figured that was because the target was out of range so it refreshed thinking there was nothing to target.

Use bug report in those cases.

I experience exactly this. I have always found it clunky, but always put it down to me running out of talent.
