Stuck in a quest

My Breton Templar is stuck in a quest,exactly,the Wailing Prison quest. I killed the Child of Bones,pick the Skyshard and teleport with the Prophet to Cyrodiil,but apparently only the Prophet has been teleported. Everytime i try to throw myself into the cliff,i respawn on the center of the room,over and over. I tryed to wait an hour to see if the quest restarts,but not,also i tryed to teleport via unstuck on the help section without success. I send a ticket to the support but i want to play now. Why those bugs in those times of the game???? Those things should be fixed after 4 years of life of the game,but not.

Never heard Of the issue so it may be a new bug.

First, try restarting your client if you haven't yet.

Second, maybe open map and select the starting zone for your alliance and travel to the wayshrine there.

Third. Fill out an actual bug report.

And fourth, @ZOS_GinaBruno how are you doing today. An you help this guy out?

Oh, if on PC turn those add-one off.
