With CA and major endurance I have 2.9 Stam regen on my NB. 2.2 to 2.4 is a comfortable range for my medium armor NB.

I've found that 1900 in medium is my sweet spot for sustain on my Stam sorc.
Some say speed kills, I hope to be proof of that.

But what other stats do you give up for such high regen? I only get to 1800 if I use dubious camoran drink, a stam regen glyph and stormfist. So losing out on one weapon damage glyph, a few k stam and health and perhaps a better monster set.

Personally I'd never go below 3k stamina recovery on my medium armor stamNB. I'd be out of stamina in no time when Im 1vsX'ing otherwise

Depends on class but typically like to have minimum of 1800. Haven’t played DK in a while though prob less since they get resource return from passives. This is more for solo play though. If you’re in a group with support I can get away with less, but still like to have around 1500.

Depends on the gear for me. Medium I'm in around 2k before buffs and depending on race. If I'm in heavy for some reason I normally only have about 1.2k

I'm very out of practice with stam - and most of my stamplar deaths were sustain-related - so upped it to 3.4k.

Yeah, I know I'm doing it wrong. I just can't seem to stick with stam enough nowadays to (re)learn to sustain properly.

To play devils advocate. Its a lot easier for ur enemy to roll dodge or block ur heavy if ur a 2h user then u actually landing that heavy.

Blocked or dodge heavy - no resource return

The only thing is most people don’t block them and that’s why you los and charge your heavy
