Freezes at Morrowind screen then kicks me out with no error

Having issue logging into ESO and it freezes at the Morrowind screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling game and tried logging into another Xbox still same issue. Also tried clearing local data and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
I also tried what @maxwellC did and that did not work. I play on the Xbox one.

I just had the same issue. I hard restarted my Xbox, cleared the local save data, and the game started normally. Hope that helps.0 -
