Freezes at Morrowind screen then kicks me out with no error

Having issue logging into ESO and it freezes at the Morrowind screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling game and tried logging into another Xbox still same issue. Also tried clearing local data and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
I also tried what @maxwellC did and that did not work. I play on the Xbox one.

What was the fix for this? I'm having the same exact problem on multiple xboxes with just one of my accounts.

I just had the same issue. I hard restarted my Xbox, cleared the local save data, and the game started normally. Hope that helps.

That did not work and did nothing. There was no data under Saved Data and no Delete Everywhere option.

Reinstalled the game twice, second time fixed it.
