[BUG] Rapid Maneuver Morphs Broken in Groups

I know bugs are plentiful right now and fixes need to be prioritized, but (at least with PS4 NA) groups have a major Charging/Retreating Maneuver problem in PvP so maybe we can get this added to the list?

This is what we're seeing:

1) Sometimes rapids won't always fire at all - Character goes through the initial animation, but the character doesn't glow, buff doesn't appear and speed doesn't increase.

2) When rapids does fire, it is often cancelled when someone nearby also hits the skill.

3) The player buff bars don't consistently expire the skill(s) so they sit at zero indefinitely, stacking so many times that they eventually exceed the width of the screen (screenshot below)

4) When solo (not grouped) the skill seems to be working as intended.

    MY OCD IS SCREAMING

    I would die if my buff bar looked like that.

    On PC/NA in my raid group, Charging Maneuver cancels out Retreating Maneuver. You all have to use the same morph, or users with Retreating Maneuvers will have it replaced by Charging Maneuvers' buff duration and effects.

    Yeah. Just another one those little bugs that I'm too lazy to make my own post about to explain. There's alot of those....

    I have found a way around this issue for the moment, do not morph it and I have found it hasn't screwed up. All my toons that have the morph it seems the extension of the original ability are causing it to cancel out. If morphed all in the group need to wait for it to completely stop and it does seem to work if used that way while it's morphed. Really wish they hadn't broke this.

    Me too. It's just not feasible to expect every member of a 16-strong group to not have morphed such a common PvP skill.

    And yeah, that buff bar is a real distraction too. Re-logging is the only fix, and then it just resets to start accumulating 0-second buffs all over again.

    My organized raid required everyone to run the same morph of Rapid Maneuver if they use it and we've had no problems. Its when you run with a less organized group or a group that has mixed Retreating and Charging that you have issues.

    Thanks for documenting this. Just made a new character and decided to go with Charging for the first time in my ESO career and have been so many glitches with it actually working. I couldn't noodle out what the deal is with it but I did end up seeing "Rapid Maneuver" in my character buff stats for 49,999+ hours. (I wish that would happen)

    Usually I cast it and it just fizzles out, leaving me with Minor Expedition for 6.9 seconds which frankly just feels slower than unbuffed... sucks on a magicka alt (having to wait to recharge stamina) but thankfully I'm usually mounted so it's an annoyance vs crippling.

    When you see a buff on your bar for 49K+ hours, that usually a visual glitch, or in my case, means I'm in the process of disconnecting from the server.
