PS4 KICKED TO LOGIN SCREEN error connection timed out..AGAIN

NO IT IS NOT MY SERVICE PROVIDER. I have tried EVERY other online game I have, all of them run smoothly, I have submitted tickets, I Have commented in threads with detailed descriptions, I have posted my own discussions. I have even tagged Every possible name @ZOS that I can possibly think of. NO RESPONSES.....
Please for the love of all that is holy in whatever god or higher power you believe in, PLEASE fix this game crash bug when logging into any character in any zone, even in my own personal instance I KEEP getting this constantly and have to keep re-logging in until I FINALLY have success in getting my character to load in.
I have smashed an entire controller to pieces at this point. Seriously What.The.Hell... it's like playing the lottery trying to enter in the game.
I have also tried resetting my router, closing the entire application, I have shut off my PS4. I have re downloaded the game. I can get into the game fine sometimes then at other times everything just goes to absolute crap and it takes me 30 minutes to get past the character login screen
Please can I have SOME assistance. I'm practically pleading at his point
Tell me what else I can possibly do. I have never had this issue this bad, EVER before all this crap with Clockwork city came out, and after the roll back to the old pipeline is when it got even worse
