Magicka Regen broken?

Does anyone have an issue where their Magicka isn't regenerating as fast as it should be? I have 100 CP in regen and it's going at normal speed still. Only been a problem the last two days.

Am I doing something wrong?

Your 100 CP in arcanist only boost your regen by 15%, sooooo...
Plus you ALWAYS got ressources back every 2s from your regen. Nothing ever changed that, though there are some ressource gains, that work differently.

Oh I know. My Regen seems to work sometimes but not always. It's only really happening in Morrowind atm.

Are you in combat or not? Because outside of combat magicka recovery is capped at 2300. In combat, it is exactly what your tooltip says.

Both. It seems to be ok in delves, outside and certain quests. World bosses, dungeons and some quests it doesn't seem to work.

Could it just be lag?

Have you reset your skill points recently? Maybe forgot to re-add some passives someplace? Changed gear sets and lost a piece bonus somewhere? Glyph changes?
Got to look at your overall build, make sure everything is where it should be...it's not just one thing or another. (Possibly)

It happens to me often when it's laggy especially in pvp and dungeons. Regen will just stop from the normal 5% regen ticks and then all of a sudden I will get a 20% regen tick all at once. There was just a post the other day of someone having the same problem with stamina regen also. Game is broke, sorry

This is interesting because I just ran some stuff yesterday on my MagSorc, and my regen at boss fights seemed non existent on NORMAL. She is capped CP, almost BIS gear, and didn't have this problem before the event. I was wondering if I was getting throttled because of the Normal dungeons. But maybe it's lag.

How much magicka does your character sheet say you regain when on front or back bar.
