When you realise the loot in the urns and trunks is probably better than the loot in the mysterious box.

Omg yes! Those corridors in Falkreath Hold.... I die a little inside for every urn I am not giving my full looting attention to.

And yes, got 50K for the blueprint I got in falchreach, looted containers while other finished quest.
Still ranking up decent CP doing all the randoms, and 500K gold but that is an bonus, will probably do lots of PvP next week, don't want to see another dungeon for some while

Got the Imperial crafting motif from an urn in Direfrost Keep. Better than the maps, lockpicks, undaunted plunder, dye stamps, and crown consumable tripe from the 'mystery boxes'.

I have still been stopping and opening every chest and heavy sack I see, even though nobody else loots them because they just run through - their loss. It has been a long time since I stopped and checked every urn, cupboard or pot in a pug - I generally only do that if running with a friend.

Had my friend trying to do the quest in Blackheart Haven during the event in a pug - he got stuck in a load screen. Even though I waited, the other two raced ahead and killed a boss he needed for the quest, so he lost the chance to speak to Shifty Tom and could not complete the quest.

Reading this makes me really mad. It is good courtesy to wait for someone who loadscreened to relog (3-5 mins) during a dungeon run, because it isn't their fault and this is a well-known and still occurring issue, they shouldn't be punished by having wasted their time and re-do the dungeon again (pledge/quest/lootrun)...mysterybox event or not.

I mean, I have had to run past a few. I've also stopped to type "chest" or "HS" in group chat and had maybe one or two come back. A couple times I've just grabbed it and not said anything.

On a related note, I'm glad at least that you don't need to actually wait around for those "wait and listen to chatacter dialogue" steps to complete a quest.

Just ask your group to stay in tact another few min if possible so you can run get that heavy sack or chest. I don't see people communicate in group finder pugs in general so maybe speak up and say Heavy sack here or chest here or something. I haven't come across anyone who ignores those entirely.
