• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – March 9, 8:00 UTC (4:00AM EDT) - 16:00 UTC (12:00PM EDT)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 11, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 1:00PM EDT (17:00 UTC)

Crowns still not on my account after 4 days!!!!

Purchased 3000 crowns on the 28th of Nov. and the payment has already been approved. Never received the crowns. Opened up a ticket explaining the situation and got a automated email explaining the same hotfix that is already on the support page. At the bottom of the email it says reply to this email if you have not received the crowns within 24 hours, so i did reply explaining i still haven't received them. Here is is the 2nd of Dec still haven't herd back from the support team. Where are my crowns?? :/
