I've played ESO for 3 years and the part I prefer most is freedom inside world of Tamriel. Unlike other traditional MMORPG, almost everything inside ESO is optional. In traditional MMORPG you have to pay subscribtion because you force to do it , in traditional MMORPG you do quest because you have to do it to leveling up , in trditional MMORPG you must do raid, dungeon and pvp to gear up your character. Though with ESO, everything is an option, you do that because you really want to that. It's great and it make ESO is different compare with other part of MMORPG. However, it make trial and raid become less atrractive, because people don want to waste time to do something hard when they have an easier option. So I suggest ZOS should invest more in story of raid and trial, make it more atractive like you did with quest line, put more CUTSENCE and CINEMATIC inside and let people save them inside thier collection. I know it need more money to do cutsence and cinematic, but you guy sell them right? make a better production and more people will buy it.

There's plenty of storylines in the dungeons. But ESO follows in the Elder Scrolls tradition. In Elder Scrolls games, you don't have a lot of cinematics and cutscenes. You do get what you see in dungeons, little scenes of NPCs talking that you can watch or ignore plus the lore found in books. The Elder Scrolls series has a lot of background lore laid out that way but its never been shoved in your face.

I think of the story of Crypt of Hearts, one of the more touching stories in the group dungeons (it even makes Glirion the Redbeard feel bad for Alanwe!) Sure, you can skip the entire story and, I'm not going to lie, I totally do on the 10th+ time I've run the dungeon. But if you want to take your time and have a group that will let you, there's a really good story there. And that's the case with most of the dungeons. In a very traditional Elder Scrolls fashion, you can use the NPC dialogue and lorebooks to piece together the story of the dungeons.

It may not be the traditional method you are used to, but the dungeon story presentation in ESO is very traditional for Elder Scrolls games. The story is there but its up to you to decide how deeply you want to get into it.

I can't imagine the rage from people who just want to get their dungeon/trial done, not wait for cutscenes. It would be epic, nay, legendary.

At any rate, ZOS would need to fix their buggy group quest system first: the one where you can advance other peoples' quest and force them to skip dialogue if you rush through your own dialogues (which I do, because I've run most of the dungeons many, many times). Since we're three years in and it's not fixed, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Never enough inventory space, even with storage coffers and a mule account
