After a few minutes of playing ESO my account is logged out and this error code appears: Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.
I don't understand why this is, I used to be able to log in, not long after the clock work update this started happening. I have sent a ticket to ESO and support and have done what they suggested but no success.
I have done the following: hard reset console, deleted saved data files, reinstalled ESO, forwarded ports and turned my internet and device off for a 10minute + period of time and nothing.

Does anyone have any solutions or experiencing the same problem?

I finally finished downloading the game and after getting through The Wailing Prison I was kicked. I'm unable to load into Khenarthi's Roost. Sometimes the game loads my character getting sucked into the final portal of the prison, but I'm still unable to load into the next zone.

Getting the same error code as you. I'm guess it's a server side issue

Restart your router and game, it happens here and there after updates or DT.

It is amusing if you are on TS at same time.

3 and a bit years later this issue still happens.

Try hotspotting from your phone and see if that fixes you issue, depending on location/country some isp dont handle data packets very well.

Mines been doing this for a month. I’ve tried everything. I’ve never been able to play this game at all.
I’ve been in contact with elder scrolls and sony and they have got me to go through numerous steps to fix this but nothing has worked and then they just stopped responding.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be great!!

The whole issue is their servers not our systems. I play numerous other online MMORPG's on my system. And I have not run into this issue anywhere this way.

I’m stationed in Korea and have a good internet connection but I’m sure my ping is high due to distance to the PS4 NA server. I constantly disconnect and lag out in cyrodiil.

I’m connected directly to the net (nat1)
80 to 100. Down
30 to 50 up

Been playing since 2015. Guess it’s time to start looking for another game.

Not much competition on ps4 unfortunately mate, but been from the same region and how zos likes our data to make 20 stops before getting to their servers.... This side of the world they really dont care about
If you move to pc, you have plently of options though
