PS4 Can't get into random dungeon

My group of four tried for an hour to get into a random dungeon before we finally got in. Then, when we tried to get on different characters to do the random and cannot get in again. We are missing out on a ton of mystery boxes because activity finder is still broken during an event that requires us to use activity finder.
