Q'ing issues

ps4/NA been in solo queue for almost 40mins now but get the ready check at least twice a minute but it just keeps saying someone declined. sometimes it just say someones declined 5s after ready check pops up. ive tried 3 different characters so far totaling at least 1hr 30min wait for a normal dungeon?

thought they had fix for this this morning?

UPDATE: 3 different guild chats are talking about how they can't Q either right now. I have been at work all day so idk if this is something that has been going on or just recently started

Since launch of activity finder this has been an issue. ZOS has the money and the tools to fix it. Time to look at your employees and find perhaps people who know how to fix it. I know it's possible. The Division's Q system is flawless. If they can do it I know ZOS can. Getting really freaking annoyed that everyday something major is broken.

Another example, crowns. I buy crowns and I have to do all this crap like close app and log in and out until it shows up. Yet on fortnite I buy v bucks and BAM! Its immediately there. Seriously what gives.

I tell you what ZOS, yall lucky as HECK to have so many loyal customers.

What kills me most is that ZOS will do nothing to make up for this disappointment and inconvenience.

A game like BDO can have server issues for half a day and they give out numerous things to make up for the issue.

Worse things happen with ESO, and best we get from ZOS is silence or a half-[snip] patch.

It seems like this time of night it starts acting stupid too. But I think it's because so many people are on the servers trying to get the event done that it's jamming up the que system... It's really aggravating to get this done. When you get the box it's not worth the fight to get it... -_- Ugh just a really sad event..

I wanted to get 3 dungeons done before bed and instead I sat in queue for an hour and gave up.
