Do I need to reset skillpoints before changing Race via token?

Mainly from a Race skill tree line? Wonder if it works like with vampires/wws for some unkown reason or just normally and i dont need to worry about that.

Edit: just the ones you've spent for racials will be refunded. Everything else stays where it is!
