Necklace of Oblivion - Stam set, 5pc fills a soul gem when you kill an enemy. I forget the dungeon it drops in.
Jolting Necklace- Can't remember exactly, but it's one of the Tempest Island dungeon sets. I think 5pc has a chance to cause a storm around you if you use a class ability.
Necklace of the Order of Diagna - Health and increased incoming heals. I'm 90% sure it's an Alik'r Desert drop.
Necklace of the Air - I forget. I confuse this with the Fire set. Both are from Craglorn.
Stormfist's Shoulders - Chance to spawn a rock fist that does a lot of damage when you deal direct damage. I like it. Tempest Island.
Malubeth the Scourger's - Chance to siphon health from mob and heal you when you're attacked. Good for soloing overland and even tanking dungeons if your healer is struggling. I'm 95% sure it's from a Wayrest dungeon - I think 2.

The two monster items are somewhat useful for niche builds. Malubeth's has been on the vendor a few times already though, so most people who want it already have it I guess.
