vHRC Right Side Boss Doesn't Give Points

This bug is still happening . 2 raid days are completely wasted because of this . Please look into this . We tried killing it normally , with stacking and lightning heavies , killing adds first , killing boss first . Nothing worked . We are not skipping an add before the boss . We need an answer . Are you working on a solution for this ? ETA ?

Man ZoS already had it a few times in their "Fix-Patch-Notes"
On Ps4 EU, if we do Hel Ra Evening with our guild we need 8 Hel Ra runs to get the Points from the right Boss twice..
