One Mysterious Reward Box per character per day?

I got some Mysterious Reward Boxes yesterday on a few characters; today though they haven't reset and I can't get another Reward Box. The announcement page for the event said: "You can obtain one Mysterious Reward Box per character per day". What am I missing?

It's a 20 hour reset from the last time you got one on that character.

20hour cool down, the cd starts per char after he finishsed a random daily, for exemple if u did yesterday and finished the dungeon at 20:00 (8pm), u can get another box today at 16:00(4pm)

Could one be max CP and solo a normal random dungeon really quick and still get the box?

Hi,

I did a random dungeon and didn’t get my mysterious box. Now can’t get it since it’s not showing in dungeon rewards anymore

EDIT: look like the box is sent in a email...

You have to use the random dungeon finder to get the box. Can be normal or vet.
