One Mysterious Reward Box per character per day?

I got some Mysterious Reward Boxes yesterday on a few characters; today though they haven't reset and I can't get another Reward Box. The announcement page for the event said: "You can obtain one Mysterious Reward Box per character per day". What am I missing?

mwo1480✭✭✭✭20hour cool down, the cd starts per char after he finishsed a random daily, for exemple if u did yesterday and finished the dungeon at 20:00 (8pm), u can get another box today at 16:00(4pm)eu/pc

I did a random dungeon and didn’t get my mysterious box. Now can’t get it since it’s not showing in dungeon rewards anymore

You have to use the random dungeon finder to get the box. Can be normal or vet.Hi,
