can't stack crown items

i'm facing a weird problem that has been forcing me to delete crown items that i would like to keep. somehow i'm no longer able to stack crown items in bank or even on my characters.
at this moment i already have 4 items taking more than 12 spaces on my bank. i can't stack Crown Experience Scrolls, Crown Fortifying Meal, Crown Repair Kits, Crown Tri-Restoration Potions.
the problem started yesterday with the dungeon event rewards, and now i had the horrible idea to buy the Starter Pack on sale and all items became duplicated.
this is very annoying because i'm not going to use any of those items soon, i just wanted to get it on sale to use later when i start a new character.
any one else is facing this problem? can it be solved?

✭I think I know what you are talking about. For me, some have a gem in the top corner and some do not. I was going to say I wasn't having that issue but I also only have a small amount of crown items and haven't compared to crate items. ✭i don't think that it is a problem related to crown crates in my case, because i always convert all items from crown crates to gems. the problem is from different sources. i got some items on the Black Friday sale, others on the Starter Pack sale and some from the Dungeon Event rewards, and all those items are not stacking together.0
