Befoul (CP Passive.)

This passive "Increases effectiveness of healing reduction abillities." I find for to use in pvp to be very helpful and lovely how if you put like 22 into it, gives 20%.
but I wonder if there is a bug to this. says 20% but tooltip for lethal arrow and claws of anguish show a buff of only 6%. 30 to 36 %.
shouldn't it be.. 50% ?

Major Defile can be very helpful in PVP against those who are pure tanking with the insane heals.

any thoughts on this?

you can...but if you stack in to befoul you loose alot of damage potential. and resto staff beats it every time.
useful in a group i guess.

Sounds like it multiplicative not additive. As in you got 20% of 30 added not +20%

You have put 22 points in Befoul, increasing Major Defile's debuff by 20%. The size of that debuff is 30%. You've increased that 30% value by 20%.
20% of 30 is 6. So you've increased Major Defile by 20%, from a value of 30 to a value of 36.

not really losing damage potential. Major Defile lasts for like 10-15 seconds, could snipe from stealth or long range.
I found it to be very good on claws of anguish WW ability against 2 players.
I'm just taking some CP from break free & roll dodge.
it's just that it says 20% but only gives 6%?

The default (without befoul) i checked was showing 30% once added, went to 36

Oh, now I am getting it.
I was so confused, I thought what they mean't by this was adds ##% to the current. like 30 would become 50.

Yeah, you skipped a step. Befoul effects the Healing debuffs you place on the enemy, it is NOT a healing debuff in itself, otherwise your 22 CP are already doing more than the 5th piece of Wizard's Riposte!

22 CP for an additional 6% is pretty nice!

You accually gain huge dps benefits to using disease and befoul. It makes ur damage stick better.
